During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Many of our services require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellation fees depend on the nature of the project and they start at $150 flat fee or 50% of the quoted price - whichever is higher. There is no rescheduling fee the first time, and a $50 fee thereafter.
Upon your interest in our services we schedule a brief location visit with one of our Team Leaders for a more accurate quote. Our quotes includes travel time, labor and products.
